Aristotelis Rigas “And His Name Is”

Aristotelis Rigas, stand-up comedian and musician, creator of the successful YouTube series and podcast “I am for”, after two seasons of sold-out performances in Greece, Cyprus and Europe, closes the cycle of “And His Name is”: Stand Up & Musical Comedy with a final series of performances.

The scripts loved from Crete to Alexandroupolis and Manchester to Nicosia, with sold-out performances wherever they appeared, are coming to JOIST on Wednesday, 03 January 2024.

With his usual recipe, a dose of standup comedy and a dose of musical comedy, using an impressive “palette” of jokes, he goes from funny puns to short surreal stories, to our shared experiences of the advent of the pandemic and concludes with his own experiences as a new father. All this is sprinkled with hilarious music mashups, “different” children’s songs, Sin Boy, Iron Maiden, Radiohead and Michael Jackson from Trikala.

A show like no other and one that should not be missed!
