Gluhwein & Homemade Pizza Evening

A few days before Christmas, sounds, smells and colours “open the curtain” for the Christmas season, creating a unique atmosphere. The ultimate Christmas drink combined with homemade pizza opens the curtain for the Christmas season and will take us on a highly enjoyable, delicious experience at the JOIST Innovation Park.

Gluhwein, known as the Christmas drink, is distinguished by its intense aromas, as red wine is combined with fruit, honey and spices such as cloves, cinnamon or nutmeg. The Gluhwein will be produced in collaboration with Klimax restaurant. But the taste journey doesn’t stop there. The pizzaiolo Dimitris Mousias will curate the pizzas of the evening, which stand out for their special and unique taste.
