Solidarity Night: Urban Grooves Live

We say goodbye to 2024 with swing, funk & bossanova sounds, together with the band Urban Grooves, at JOIST Innovation Park. With a strong sense of companionship and in the best mood, Urban Grooves give us the musical framework of the evening, with live music, taking the guests to a wild party, saying goodbye to the year in the best -musically- way! The venue will be flooded with swing, funk & bossanova rhythms, while guests contribute to an important cause: The financial support of the Family and Friends Association of the KETHEA EXODOS treatment program. All proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Association.

A few words about the Association.

The Association was founded in 1991 under the name “Family Association of the Treatment Community EXODOS” with headquarters in Athens. In 2002 the headquarters of the Family Association was transferred to Larissa. Since 2018, by decision of the General Assembly, the name of the Association is “Family and Friends of the KETHEA EXODOS Treatment Program”. It operates as a Non-Profit Association with the decision 1575/1991 of the Athens Court of First Instance. It is governed by a seven-member Council and elects its members every two years.

ShapeThe objectives of the Association are:

The activation of the families of KETHEA EXODOS in the wider region of Central Greece.
To inform the public opinion individually or collectively about the problem of addictive substances and the ways of dealing with it.
The promotion of the work carried out by the therapeutic programmes of the KETHEA and in particular the KETHEA EXODOS therapeutic programme in the region of Thessaly.
To influence the State to take appropriate measures to tackle the use of psychotropic substances.

The elaboration of proposals and opinions for the fight against drugs and their parallel promotion with the aim of taking the necessary legislative measures by the competent bodies.
