Located in the renovated facilities of the Hellenic Institute of Packaging and Food Safety (EIS), this space serves as a meeting point for technological advancement and knowledge-sharing. This historic building, formerly home to the George Stavrou Orphanage and the “Dryades” Wood Cooperative, has been transformed into a modern base for educational and research activities, with a mission to inspire and drive technological progress in the region.

In partnership with EIS, JOIST Innovation Space offers comprehensive services spanning the entire agri-food production cycle, from raw materials and processing to packaging, quality control, and traceability. This collaboration is designed to support businesses, particularly in exports, with innovative solutions in food safety and quality assurance.
