THE AIM

The Entrepreneurial Kids project has two main objectives. First, it aims to empower students aged 12–15 by developing their competencies in digital entrepreneurship. By focusing on essential 21st-century skills such as creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and resilience, the project enhances student engagement and prepares them for the challenges of a digital future. Second, it seeks to foster and spread innovative educational materials and teaching approaches. By integrating digital tools like WIX, ChatGPT, Canva, AI applications, and video editing software into the curriculum, the project supports the development of key digital and entrepreneurial competencies. Teachers will participate in professional development workshops to ensure these tools and methodologies are effectively adopted in classrooms. Together, these objectives contribute to a transformative learning experience that aligns with Erasmus+ priorities and promotes sustainable innovation across participating schools and beyond.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES

The Entrepreneurial Kids project is designed to have a lasting impact at both the student and institutional levels. Through a strict monitoring and evaluation framework led by GrantXpert and JOIST, the program will track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as student participation, skills development, digital skills acquisition, and stakeholder satisfaction. With 100 students participating in pilot seminars across Cyprus and Greece, the program aims for 80% of participants to demonstrate improved entrepreneurial skills and 70% to improve their use of digital tools. High satisfaction rates among both students and teachers (with a target of 80%) will validate the effectiveness of the training. The impact will extend beyond the pilot phase, with plans to integrate the program into at least 20 schools per year, reaching over 2,000 students and 1,000 online users. In addition, the project will promote broader educational change through extensive dissemination, reaching 50,000 people through social media and creating new partnerships across the EU.
