The EYES Project is driven by the urgent need to address the underrepresentation of young women in strategic fields such as artificial intelligence (AI) and green/digital entrepreneurship. As technology and sustainable practices advance rapidly, many women face barriers that limit their participation in these critical areas.
The EYES Project aims to empower young women aged 18–30 with advanced skills in artificial intelligence (AI) and green/digital entrepreneurship, enabling them to become confident leaders in innovation. It will develop a comprehensive training curriculum delivered through an e-learning platform, focusing on AI applications in business and sustainable practices. A key goal is for at least 30% of participants to launch their own ventures or lead innovative projects within two years. The Mentor AI Mobile App will offer personalized guidance, helping 90% of participants effectively use AI tools in their professional lives.
