THE AIM

RESTLESS aims to inspire, mentor, train, and empower university students and graduates by enhancing their entrepreneurial, digital, and green skills. These skills are crucial for a digitally transformed health industry, aiming to bolster innovation potential in participating countries and across Europe. At the same time, RESTLESS strives to address societal and health challenges through the cultivation of innovative ideas in the Health sector.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES

Activity 1: Streamlining Project Management

Ensure smooth project operations, including financial aspects. Establish an effective planning and monitoring system aligned with the budget and timeline for efficient coordination.

Activity 2: Developing a State-of-the-art Analysis and RESTLESS Pedagogical Framework

Design a holistic training model, considering the target group’s perspectives and training needs. Create a tailored course for students and graduates in Medicine, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, and ICT-related disciplines. The course aims to equip them with future health industry skills, including entrepreneurial, digital, and green skills, empowering them to pursue suitable careers or start their own businesses.

Activity 3: Developing the RESTLESS Training Programme

Contribute to the development of multidisciplinary learning resources based on previous findings. Inspire, empower, and train students and graduates from diverse fields, providing them with the skills required for the digital and green transition in the health sector.

Activity 4: Implementing Health Entrepreneurship Bootcamps

Pilot-test the newly developed health entrepreneurship training programme through Health Entrepreneurship Bootcamps. These bootcamps will include training sessions by partners and guest speakers from the health industry. The main target group is university students and/or graduates in Life Sciences, Medicine, Engineering, Business, and ICT-related studies.

Activity 5: Dissemination, Sustainability & Exploitation

Communicate project results, deliverables, and progress through various channels to ensure dissemination. Focus on sustainability and exploitation for long-term impact and transfer of knowledge across different contexts and sectors at both national and EU levels.
