DESCRIPTION

Don’t miss the opportunity to participate in a series of presentations and activities to promote local gastronomic culture, its importance for the sustainable management of local resources, its connection with new technologies and the various development opportunities it offers to organisations and businesses.

During the two-day event organised in the framework of the Food Corridors project, open workshops and activities on locally produced products will be held, combining the intangible cultural heritage of gastronomy with modern development strategies and technological advances.

The programme of actions is addressed to people of all ages, in order to raise awareness of different groups towards sustainable gastronomy and development issues.

| "Say it with a Vidcast!", interviews with local producers on JOIST's YouTube studio about the importance of local products in strengthening regional ecosystems through the creation of a strong tourist and cultural identity.

| Nutrition from the ancient Mediterranean civilizations to the present day: Archaeological and modern gastronomic "finds". Special guided tour of the exhibition "From the Wheel to Artificial Intelligence: a brief history of innovation", focusing on nutrition.

| "The Mystery of Digital Bread", an interactive mystery game where local delicacies are the only clues available to the participants in order to solve the puzzle. It is mainly designed for children and families, but it is open to all!
