GREENLAB project employs a micro-credential approach to craft specialised VET learning resources for sustainability management and environmental consulting. Initially, partners will identify common transversal and sector-specific skills crucial for success in the green transition. The active involvement of target groups—business managers, project managers, business consultants, VET providers, and policymakers—ensures that the developed resources address their authentic needs. This analysis guides co-creating a cutting-edge Open Online VET Course utilising micro-credentials. The course will undergo testing with 200 representatives from GREENLAB professional fields across 5 countries. An accompanying impact study will refine it. VET professionals will benefit from creating innovative resources and enriching their learning offerings. International opportunities for knowledge exchange will further enhance their understanding of the micro-credential approach. Engagements with policymakers will raise awareness of current VET and business needs, fostering their commitment to the green transition. Regular promotion will facilitate international innovation transfer, involving 350 key stakeholders in final events. This ensures the long-term exploitation of project results, aligning with GREENLAB’s core aim of cultivating more sustainable mindsets.
